"I bought a Brute Force 750 when they first came out. Shortly after I hit a tractor rut and just about destroyed the front end of the unit. We had a big ride coming up in 3 days and some of the parts were on back order. The owner told the shop mgr. if the parts were not in by the time for us to leave, to take parts of a brand new one to get me going. That kind of service is PRICELESS! "I was on a road trip from Texas when a bolt on my shifter came loose, I had a lot of tools but not what I needed to repair the shifter linkage. Being 1,000 miles from home on a motorcycle, I was not in a good position. House Of Cycles worked with me (even though their repairman was off sick) and had me back on the road. I don't get this kind of service where I bought the bike in Amarillo, Texas. I will probably buy my next bike in Natchez, Mississippi. Thanks for your help. I won't forget."

"I live in West Monroe and the House of Cycles in my town doesn't carry the Yamaha bikes like the Ntachez store, but the people in Natchez did everything to make my purchase easy and very affordable.
