2022 Spartan Motors 93' Mid Mount Platform

The Ladder Tower 93' Mid Mount Platform provides an advantage from every angle. The payload capacity will strike you as major, at 1,000 lbs. dry and 500 lbs. wet at full extension while flowing up to 2,000 gpm.

A short 235" wheelbase with cramp angles up to 53°combined with an 18' front and 16' rear stabilizer spread allow for superior maneuverability and set-up capabilities in urban environments.

Together, these features make this one of the most maneuverable mid mount platforms in the industry today with an ability to get you there and get you set up with near-unit platform access. It’s ideal for aerial rescue and firefighting in urban areas with narrow streets, alleys and access areas.

A modular platform with 29 sq. ft. of working area and 7.5 cu. ft. of storage provides a safe and spacious work environment. An open grate non-slip aluminum floor prevents water and ice build up.

• Angled Platform Corners

Angled platform corners offer a safe work environment with 8? of outer walking surface that allows access from the front, sides, and at angles to the landing zone.

• Platform Access Gates

Two swing-in access gates allow stair chair access and provide optimal working area in varying fire ground scenes.

• Sliding Platform Controls

Sliding platform controls are mounted on the front of the platform allowing the operator to re-position the console to the left, center, or right side.

• Wide Scrub Area

The 93' MM Platform provides a dramatically smaller aerial swing radius, which is critical in narrow operating areas and when operating around trees, buildings, utility poles, and electric lines.

• Integral Torque Box

An integral torque box frame allows for a low center of gravity and safe ergonomic access to ground ladders and equipment.

The Ladder Tower body design allows for up to 300 cu. ft. of compartment space for all your equipment needs.

• Wide Unobstructed Aerial Walkway

A wide unobstructed aerial walkway with extra high handrails provides a safe and easy climbing environment for fire fighters.

• 93' MM Platform Outrigger System

Four (4) H-style outriggers provide best-in-class leveling capabilities on steep and uneven terrain. Independent controls for horizontal and vertical extension allow set-up around obstacles such as curbs, trees, parked cars, and buildings.

• Front Bumper Stabilizers

Front bumper stabilizers allow unrestricted operation over front of cab and provide stability on rough or steep terrain.

• Obstruction Detection System

Detect obstacles in the potential path of each outrigger when approaching fire scene. A display inside the cab indicates safe deployment areas, allowing firefighters to quickly and safely set the truck up on tight congested scenes.

• Low Clearance

An extremely low overall height of 10’8" provides a lower center of gravity for improved ride and handling.
